The competition features Capture The Flag (CTF)‑style challenges alongside capacity-building activities designed to enhance Kenya’s digital security posture. Participants engage in simulations of real cyber threats, developing skills to protect critical systems such as financial services, healthcare, and government data.
Among the distinguished attendees were H.E. Maroš Mitrík, Ambassador of the Slovak Republic to Kenya; Emmanuel Kata, Secretary of the ICT Security Directorate; representatives from NC4 and the Communications Authority of Kenya; and officials from the State Department.
