vivo has finally confirmed the launch date for its flagship camera-focused smartphone, the X300 Ultra, following weeks of teasers and its showcase at MWC 2026. The company has also unveiled the phone’s rear design. In addition, vivo offered a first look at the X300s, which is set to debut alongside the Ultra.
In a post on Weibo, vivo revealed that the X300 Ultra and the X300s would debut in China on March 30.
Alongside the announcement, vivo Product Manager Han Boxiao shared a first look at the rear panels of both devices. The vivo X300 Ultra and X300s are shown in a new ‘Film Green’ colour option, featuring a two-tone finish.
The X300 Ultra appears to offer a rear camera module similar to the X300 Pro, albeit with a revised lens arrangement. The rumored 5MP multispectral sensor is also visible at the bottom of the module.
Meanwhile, the X300s sports a rear camera design closer to the standard X300, but with a redesigned camera ring. The sensor layout, however, remains largely unchanged from the base model.
vivo is expected to reveal more details about the phones’ design in the lead-up to the launch. Notably, the X300 Ultra is also set to debut in global markets.
