Sénégal Numérique SA has confirmed the full restoration of the E-Sénégal platform following a service interruption that began on April 1, 2026.
According to an official communiqué, the disruption was caused by a major technical incident within the platform’s hosting infrastructure, which also impacted several related digital services.
The agency stated that technical teams worked continuously for four days, operating 24/7 alongside infrastructure partners and technical experts to resolve the issue. The intervention involved an in-depth recovery process aimed at restoring full functionality and stabilizing affected systems.
With the completion of these efforts, the E-Sénégal platform is now fully operational and accessible to users.
Sénégal Numérique SA expressed appreciation to citizens for their patience and trust during the outage period, noting that measures are being reinforced to improve system resilience and prevent similar disruptions in the future.
The agency also reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening the platform’s performance and ensuring more robust and reliable digital public services going forward.
