The Société d’Infrastructures Numériques (SIN) and ST DIGITAL have signed a strategic agreement to deploy private cloud services at the Lomé Data Centre, reinforcing Togo’s ambition to build a more sovereign and resilient digital infrastructure.
The partnership, formalized in Lomé on Tuesday, May 26, 2026, brings together two key technology players to expand secure cloud hosting capabilities and accelerate the availability of locally managed digital services.
According to the agreement, SIN will provide access to and oversight of the Lomé Data Centre, a Tier III-certified facility recognized for its high reliability and strong uptime performance. ST DIGITAL will contribute its expertise in sovereign cloud architecture, artificial intelligence solutions, and advanced software engineering across the West African region.
