Without much fanfare, vivo quietly introduced its V70 Lite midranger. The device is now available in the UAE, and it brings a familiar spec sheet and design to its predecessor, with one of the only changes being a higher-clocked chipset.
The V70 Lite is equipped with MediaTek’s Dimensity 7400 Turbo chip, which replaces the V60 Lite’s Dimensity 7360 SoC. As their names imply, these chips are quite similar, with the only difference being the 7400’s ARM Cortex-A78 performance cores clocked at 2.6 GHz vs 2.5 GHz on the 7360. The new phone also features 8GB LPDDR4X RAM and 128/256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

Elsewhere, you get the same core specs. These include a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The panel is rated at 3,000 nits peak brightness and features a 32MP front-facing camera tucked inside the punch-hole cutout and an optical fingerprint scanner.

The back houses a 50MP main cam (IMX882) with an f/1.8 aperture alongside an 8MP ultrawide lens. You get the same 6,500mAh battery with 90W wired charging, while the software side is covered by OriginOS 6 based on Android 16.

Vivo V70 Lite is available in black and gold colors. It starts at AED 1,099 ($299/€257 converted) for the 8/128GB trim and goes up to AED 1,299 ($354/€304 converted) for the 8/256GB version.
Thanks for the tip!
