The National Communication Authority (NCA) recently hosted a high-level delegation led by the Special Envoy of Hakainde Hichilema. The delegation, which also included representatives from Zambia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation , was received by Hon. Rizig Dominic Samuel during an official courtesy visit.

Key priorities include enhancing cross-border telecommunications infrastructure and developing harmonized regulatory frameworks to improve efficiency and coordination across African markets.
