You can add Huawei to the growing list of brands that are set to raise the prices of its devices. Huawei issued an official “price adjustment notice” to its key partner networks and corporate clients in China, where it confirmed that starting July 1, 2026, the prices for all Huawei products will be hiked.
According to the post, Huawei describes supply chain shifts in the global chip industry alongside the high demands of AI systems as the two main factors that have put the company under “ever-increasing cost pressure”. In short, sky-rocketing RAM and storage prices are to blame.
Thus, Huawei is left with no other option than to start raising the prices of its products. There are no clear indications of how much prices will rise for now, but we should be getting more details next month.
