Earlier this year, Xiaomi announced its next major custom OS release for its devices, HyperOS 3, which introduced various changes and improvements. Fortunately, a few devices that aren’t eligible for Android 16 will also receive the latest HyperOS 3 update based on Android 15.
Xiaomi has already started internal testing of HyperOS 3 on some of these devices. While Android 16 is a major update, it doesn’t bring as impressive changes as HyperOS 3. So, it’s a treat for Xiaomi devices that are eligible for the latest HyperOS 3 update.
