With the new facilities, Garissa University aims to transform learning experiences, equipping students with the knowledge and tools needed for a brighter future. Garissa University, the only public university serving Northern Kenya, is set to expand its facilities with support from the M-Pesa Foundation, aiming to accommodate the aspirations of around 5,200 students. Currently, the university’s limited space has constrained learning, with students often negotiating for access to classrooms, resources, and facilities. The upcoming tuition complex is expected to alleviate these challenges, providing a modern environment that fosters skills-based higher education, including digital and innovation competencies. The expansion reflects a…
While the Galaxy S26 series will headline next week’s Galaxy Unpacked event, Samsung is also expected to unveil the Galaxy Buds4 and Galaxy Buds4 Pro earbuds. Ahead of the launch, new official-looking renders of the upcoming Galaxy earbuds have surfaced, courtesy of a tipster. The renders don’t really reveal anything new, but they offer the clearest look yet at the Galaxy Buds4 and Buds4 Pro, along with their charging cases. Samsung will include a charging cable and extra ear tips with the Pro variant, while the standard model will come with only a charging cable in the box. Both models…

Last month, Samsung teased that it will add “a new layer of privacy” to the Galaxy S26 Ultra with the new privacy screen feature. Now the company has shared a short video demonstrating how it works – it can make the whole screen or specific parts of it appear black when viewed from the side, without affecting legibility for you. Here’s the video. In this case the whole screen gets blacked out for any unwanted onlookers when the Zero-peeking privacy toggle is enabled. What’s interesting is that the phone has per-pixel control over this feature and can only black out…

Of course, vivo could offer other RAM amounts too.…
But de la Fuente is using artificial intelligence to bring about a different future. His team at the University of Pennsylvania is training AI tools to search genomes far and deep for peptides with antibiotic properties. His vision is to assemble those peptides—molecules made of up to 50 amino acids linked together—into various configurations, including some never seen in nature. The results, he hopes, could defend the body against microbes that withstand traditional treatments. His quest has unearthed promising candidates in unexpected places. In August 2025 his team, which includes 16 scientists in Penn’s Machine Biology Group, described peptides hiding…
