Google recently announced that it was expanding global availability of its Google AI Plus subscription to 35 new countries and territories, including the United States. Part of its official announcement reads:
Today, we’re launching Google AI Plus in 35 new countries and territories, including the U.S., making it available everywhere Google AI plans are available and helping people do more with Google AI for less.
Google AI Plus opens up access to powerful AI models and tools to level up your productivity and creativity, all at an accessible price.
The Google AI Plus plan offers access to several of the company’s AI models and creative tools, and subscribers will get access to Gemini 3 Pro and the Nano Banana Pro image generation model within the Gemini app. The package also includes Flow for AI-powered video creation, and NotebookLM for advanced research and writing capabilities. The plan also provides 200GB of cloud storage that can be shared with up to five additional family members.
In the US, the service is priced at $7.99 per month, and Google is offering new subscribers a 50% discount for the first two months. Additionally, current Google One Premium 2TB subscribers in the newly supported countries will see Google AI Plus benefits automatically added to their accounts over the coming days at no extra cost.
