The Ministry of Communication, Digital Economy and Modernization of the Administration in Mali has officially launched the online release of judicial records and nationality certificates, a key step in modernizing the country’s public administration.
The launch took place on Tuesday, February 10, 2026, during the Week of Justice, with Minister Alhamdou Ag Ilyène participating alongside the Minister of Justice and Human Rights, Mamoudou Kassogué. The new digital service allows citizens to request and receive these essential administrative documents directly from their mobile phones, eliminating long queues and travel burdens.
This initiative is the result of collaboration between the Ministry of Digital Economy, Communication, and Administration Modernization, through AGETIC, and the Ministry of Justice. The platform is part of Mali’s broader strategy to accelerate the digital transformation of public services, reinforcing administrative efficiency and digital sovereignty under the Transitional Government.
Minister Alhamdou Ag Ilyène emphasized that this reform highlights the Ministry’s strategic role in building a modern, accessible, and efficient state that serves all Malians.
