Active Pulse allows technicians to instantly validate new installations or pinpoint network issues, whether stemming from the internet service, local Wi-Fi, or a specific device. It translates complex data into real-world visibility and recommendations, generating definitive network performance reports and providing a baseline for future troubleshooting.
Continuous Pulse, slated for release in 2026, will function as a “leave-behind” tool to collect performance data over time, identify intermittent issues, and detect performance degradation before customers notice problems.
