The Oppo K14 was supposed to launch in India on March 9, but that got delayed for whatever reason. Today, the brand has finally revealed when the first sale will take place: on March 20.
The phone is priced at INR 16,999 and will be offered through Flipkart. The K14 has a 120Hz LCD screen with 1,125-nit peak brightness, and it’s powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, paired with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
It has a 50MP main camera, and a 7,000 mAh battery with support for 45W wired charging. There’s an IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, and a promise of 60-month “fluency protection” for the software.
Based on the specs, it looks like the K14 is a rebranded A6. These rebrandings are something Oppo loves to do – the A6 family is 21-member strong so far, and just yesterday we reported on how the brand is launching the A6x in India as the A6s. Well, the A6 will be the K14, have fun trying to make sense of any of this.
