On the customer experience front, Safaricom again led with a 70.0% satisfaction score, ahead of Airtel’s 68.4% and Telkom’s 60.0%. While these scores represent a slight decline from the previous year across the industry, Safaricom maintained its lead in overall user perception and service quality .
The regulator noted that despite Safaricom’s strong performance, the broader industry shows signs of declining QoS trends, underscoring the need for increased investment in network infrastructure to keep pace with rising consumer demand and expanding digital services.
