- Durable AUS-10 steel: AUS-10 hardened to 60 HRC holds an edge longer. That way, the knife is useful even when the ultrasonic mode is off.
- Sharp edge geometry: A 13-degree per-side edge gives sharp geometry that, with ultrasonic motion, makes cleaner slices and better control.
- Removable battery and cleanup: A removable 1100 mAh battery charges by USB-C or an optional wireless tile. Rinsing the blade is easy thanks to the IP65 rating.
