Speaking after the meeting, Information Undersecretary, Mawien Bulabek Chol said the leadership also discussed preparations to open SSBC’s new studios to improve the working environment in the station.
The Minister of Information, Communication Technology and Postal Services has directed the management of South Sudan Broadcasting Corporation to come up with a comprehensive work plan on how to develop the National Broadcaster.
This came on Thursday following the 15th leadership annual meeting of the Ministry of Information, Communication Technology and Postal Services.
Speaking after the meeting, Information Undersecretary, Mawien Bulabek Chol said the leadership also discussed preparations to open SSBC’s new studios to improve the working environment in the station.
Bulabek further revealed that the leadership also listened to the progress in the World Bank funded East Africa Regional Digital Regional Integration Project of which the country is now working to lay down its fiber optic cable from neighboring Kenya.
