Google has officially begun Android 17 beta testing for Pixel devices and has also revealed the list of eligible models. Other Android smartphone brands are expected to announce their eligible devices later this year. However, you can already make an educated guess for some brands, such as Xiaomi, since their software update policies for most devices are publicly available. Based on those policies, it’s possible to estimate which models are likely to receive the Android 17 update.

Xiaomi has two sub-brands, Redmi and Poco, both of which are included in the list of eligible devices.
