The enhanced dashboard now aggregates data from Zoho and third-party applications into a single, customisable view.
Zoho Corporation, a leading global technology company, has announced a series of enhancements to Zoho One, its all-in-one business software platform. The updated platform delivers an evolved user experience designed to simplify collaboration and improve productivity, offering a seamless workflow across its 50 integrated applications. Zoho One is among the most widely adopted Zoho products in the UAE.
Launched in 2017, Zoho One has grown into a comprehensive platform serving more than 75,000 customers worldwide. On average, organisations use 22 applications within the platform. Zoho’s full ownership of its technology stack ensures strong privacy, security, and reliability, enabling businesses to operate confidently while benefiting from deep, seamless integrations.
The new user interface groups applications into customisable Spaces. Personal Space includes individual productivity tools, Organisational Space houses company-wide communication tools, and Department Spaces cover functions such as HR, Marketing, and Finance. A unified design standardises search, settings, and navigation across all applications. An Action Panel consolidates tasks, approvals, and action items, including job approvals, expense reviews, travel requests, and document signatures.
The enhanced dashboard now aggregates data from Zoho and third-party applications into a single, customisable view. Zoho One also introduces Vani, a visual collaboration space that supports brainstorming and planning through flowcharts, whiteboards, diagrams, mind maps, and video calls.
Administrators gain greater control through a unified integration panel, which provides visibility into all Zoho-to-Zoho and Zoho-to-third-party integrations. The Unified Portal consolidates multiple application-specific portals into one interface, while workflow-driven integrations, such as Smart Offboarding, allow organisations to manage department ownership transfers, device data, and other offboarding tasks through a single workflow.
Zoho’s AI assistant, Zia, is now more deeply embedded across Zoho One. AI capabilities work together to provide aggregated insights, automatically organise business information through Zia Hubs, and support decision-making with Ask Zia, which will soon offer quick answers using data pulled from multiple applications.
The enhancements aim to move organisations from app-based work to a unified, platform-driven environment, enabling users to focus on productivity while Zoho manages the underlying technology.
