Introduction While Nothing definitely started with a very simple and straightforward lineup, things have sort of ballooned lately, and that’s without even counting the CMF sub-brand offshoot. So, beyond the mainline numbered models and the “a” variants, there are now middle-ground options as well, like the Nothing Phone (4a) Pro. The Nothing Phone (4a) Pro is actually not that different from the regular Nothing Phone (4a). A slightly better build with better ingress protection, a bigger display with a higher refresh rate, a slightly more powerful chipset and of course, an iteration on the recognizable Nothing design, complete with a…

As data centers have grown and proliferated, so too has the backlash. A new Harvard/MIT poll found 40% of people supported the building of a data center in their area, with 32% opposed when asked about the building of different industrial facilities in their neighborhoods. One fun tidbit from the survey, per Axios: More people would rather have an e-commerce warehouse. Two-thirds of respondents in the 1,000-person poll conducted in November were worried that a new data center in their region would nudge electricity prices higher. Interest in jobs and economic growth helped the case for data centers, according to…

The upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 FE is now listed in the Geekbench online database, as someone in possession of a prototype has run the benchmark (version 6.2.2 to be precise). The phone managed a single-core score of 2,426 and a multi-core score of 8,004, as you can see from the screenshot below. The prototype in question has 8GB of RAM and runs Android 17. It’s powered by the Exynos 2500 SoC. The Android version tells us the S26 FE isn’t launching anytime soon, since Android 17 hasn’t even been released by Google. So it might be a few months away…
Large structures with hundreds of square meters of solar arrays would quickly suffer damage from small pieces of space debris and meteorites, which would over time degrade the performance of their solar panels and create more debris in orbit. Operating one million satellites in low Earth orbit, the region of space at the altitude of up to 2,000 kilometers, might be impossible to do safely unless all satellites in that area are part of the same network so they can communicate effectively to maneuver around each other, Greg Vialle, the founder of the orbital recycling startup Lunexus Space, told MIT…
It’s been looming for weeks, but now the end is near: Just a few hundred Tesla Model S and Model X vehicles remain unsold. Tesla CEO Elon Musk confirmed this week in a post on X that custom orders of the Model S sedan and Model X SUV are over. “All that’s left are some in inventory,” he wrote. Musk first announced Tesla’s plan to end Model S and Model X production back in January. And the data helps explain why. Sales of the Tesla Model X and Model S have fallen steadily over the years as the company’s high…
