Konecta has inaugurated its new regional headquarters in Egypt alongside a dedicated artificial intelligence (AI) Center, reinforcing the country’s role as a strategic hub for AI, multilingual customer experience (CX), and digital offshoring services supporting European markets.
The inauguration was attended by Eng. Rafat Hindy, Egypt’s Minister of Communications and Information Technology, and Ahmed Elzaher, Chief Executive Officer of the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA), underscoring government support for the country’s growing digital services sector.

Konecta currently employs around 800 professionals in Egypt and plans to increase its workforce to 1,000 employees by the end of the year, reflecting continued investment in local talent and the country’s position as a regional outsourcing destination.
Commenting on the milestone, Ahmad Elharany, CEO of Pulse by Solutions and Konecta Non-Executive Vice Chairman for the Middle East and Africa, described the opening as a significant step in the company’s regional growth journey and thanked the management team, employees, and partners for their contributions to the expansion.
