The Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Economy and Innovation of Djibouti, H.E. Mariam Hamadou Ali, received H.E. Olivia Toderean, the newly appointed non-resident Ambassador of Romania to Djibouti, during a courtesy visit last week.
The meeting highlighted the longstanding ties between Djibouti and Romania while opening discussions on potential new areas of partnership. Particular emphasis was placed on Romania’s expertise in digital transformation, with both sides recognizing opportunities to collaborate in innovation and digital development to support Djibouti’s national priorities.
