The project centers on the development of the “Sublime Côte d”Ivoire” e-tourism platform, a one-stop digital gateway designed to help visitors discover destinations, plan itineraries, and book travel experiences more easily.
Côte d’Ivoire is accelerating its digital tourism strategy through a partnership between the Ministry of Tourism and Leisure and Cybastion. The initiative aims to support the country’s ambition of becoming one of Africa’s leading tourism destinations by leveraging digital technologies to attract and serve a larger global audience.
The project centers on the development of the “Sublime Côte d’Ivoire” e-tourism platform, a one-stop digital gateway designed to help visitors discover destinations, plan itineraries, and book travel experiences more easily. The platform is expected to enhance the country’s tourism competitiveness by improving access to information and streamlining travel preparation for both domestic and international tourists.
The initiative was highlighted during the 2026 National Tourism Council session themed “Tourism 2030: Innovation, Sustainability and Competitiveness,” where Cybastion’s Country Director for Côte d’Ivoire participated in discussions on the role of technology in transforming the tourism sector. The event brought together government officials, technology experts, and industry stakeholders to explore strategies for building modern digital tourism ecosystems.
Through its Digital Fast Track program, Cybastion is supporting the modernization of strategic sectors in Côte d’Ivoire, with tourism emerging as a key area for digital transformation. The partnership reflects the growing use of digital platforms across Africa to drive tourism growth, improve visitor experiences, and strengthen the sector’s contribution to economic development.
