The Ministry of Posts, Telecommunications and Digital Economy (MPTEN) officially launched a two-day conference on digitalization and the integration of digital projects into Guinea’s 2026 Programme Budget on Tuesday, November 18, 2025.
The event brings together Secretaries-General, technical directors, and key digital stakeholders to establish a shared vision and improve coordination of the state’s digital initiatives. Discussions focus on analyzing digital projects across ministries, identifying national priorities for 2026, strengthening inter-institutional collaboration, and preparing a structured, aligned digital roadmap.
The conference is led by MPTEN in collaboration with the Directorate of Digital Transformation and Information Systems (DNTIEN), ANDE, DGB, and DGIP. The initiative forms part of Guinea’s broader strategy to build a modern, efficient, and transparent government capable of delivering public services that are more accessible to citizens.
